10 Videos That Will Change You
In 2015 I read the book ‘The Miracle morning’ by Hal Elrod. In this book Hal sets out a few principles on creating a ‘miracle morning’ and changing your life. One of those principles is intentionally reading a self development book each morning. I began implementing this practice in my morning routine and found that the focus of my days began to change. My self development moments in the morning seem to have injected a dose of ‘GET IT!’ into my day and I became a self development and inspiration junkie. Not a bad addiction right? I found that I wanted more and so I began listening to audio books or podcast as I drove and watching self development and inspirational videos whenever I had down time. I saturated myself with self development and inspirational material; emotional, spiritual, physical, financial you name it. The practice changed my life. I learned new ideas, concepts, principles that I could immediately and effectively implement into my life to be and do better.
